areas of creditors' rights, default servicing, foreclosure, real estate, commercial recovery, civil litigation, and alternative
dispute resolution. He previously worked for a Fortune 100 mortgage lender and servicer as a Vice President and Manager
of departments responsible for foreclosures and contested forclosures in all 50 states, credit risk recourse and recovery,

Michael Acevedo, University of Wisconsin Law School (1995), is a co-owner of Cummisford,
Acevedo & Associates, LLC, in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, practicing in bankruptcy, creditor rights, default servicing, foreclosures, and
